At Dead Lotus Tattoo & Piercing, your safety comes first. Every piercing is performed using sterile, single-use needles, high-quality titanium jewelry, and disposable supplies. We never use piercing guns, they’re harder on your body, can’t be properly sterilized and aren’t the professional standard.
Our piercer is committed to continuing education and regularly attends APP conferences to stay current on the latest techniques, safety practices and standards.
Minor Age Requirements
All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with valid government-issued photo ID. The parent or legal guardian must remain present for the entirety of the procedure. The minor must also provide an original birth certificate (or legal guardianship paperwork) and a photo ID if available.
We do not accept photocopies, screenshots, notarized consent forms, or phone/video permission.

• All Oral Piercings: 18+
• Nipples & Genitals: 18+
All piercings are subject to anatomy, healing suitability and piercer discretion.
